Is it wrong...

No, wait... let me re-phrase that...

How wrong is it that I've taught my 3 1/2 year old to say 'Daddy's a weenie'?? He (the 3 1/2 year old, not the daddy) giggles uproariously when he says it, which of course makes it terribly cute.

Is that bad?

we taught a to say... Mommy Kwazy!

and then she would flip her fingers over her lips to make the 'kwazy' sound.

So if you're evil... I am too... LOL

Just wait until he says it at the top of his little voice in a public place, or at your in-laws. That would be worth watching, given the nature of your in-laws that you've shared with us.

Your husband may counter with his own saying to teach the boy, too, if he is not amused by the new phrase.

A previous spouse taught his son to say bulls*** when he was three. He regretted it not too long afterwards, when, in the middle of a family type restaurant, the boy started shouting it at the top of his lungs and refused to stop.

Hmmm....not sure on that one. I suppose on the circumstance when he uses the phrase. If it makes your in-laws keel over, then it might not be a bad thing. LOL!

When a good friend of mine was a wee tot, all of five years old, he was in the grocery store with his mom, bopping along behind her as she made her way through the aisles. Suddenly, at the top of his lungs, he began chanting, "Mother f***er, mother f***er, mother f***er!" His horrified mother scooped him up and ran out of the store in a flash. When she got him outside, she scolded him, saying, "You can't do that, Jimmy! You can't do that! Oh, my God! Where did you hear that?" Big tears rolling down his cheeks, he choked, "From a boy at school. I thought it was nice because it was about 'mother.'"

LMAO...I snorted out loud at Mou's comment. I'm still laughing. Too funny.
I taught my girls to call people poopie-heads, so I guess I'm just as bad as you.

The other day, Dink told me something I said was bullsh*t. I looked at her and said "What did you just say?" She looked at me and said "You heard me, that's bullsh*t."

*sigh*
